You can visit castles, farms, cellars where you can taste and buy an excellent vintage wine and the extravirgin olive oil, highest
in quality because of a particular cold way of squeezing. You can find also renowned or small restaurants where you can taste a huge
variety of typical food: bruschetta, panzanella, ribollita.

The farm La Foresta, situaded in the heart of the wine growing region , the Chianti area, famous all over the world for the production of Chianti
wine and “ extravergine olive oil , is surrounded by the Chianti hills, with olive groves and vineyards.
The farmhouse has a panoramic swimming pool 6x14 m, open from mid-May to late September. Appartments are for 2,3,4,5-6 persons.
All apartments have private entrances and outdoor spaces equipped with tables, barbecue, chairs and umbrellas.
There are many small old shops in the area famous for handcraft like ceramic, wood.
Close to the farm there is the charming
village of S. Leonino with its own romanesque church. At Quercegrossa ( 4 km) and also in Castellina in Chianti ( 10 km )
there are bars, supermarkets, chemists,a post office and many other shops. Restaurant - Pizzeria km 2, Tennis Court km 4, horseback riding km 8.
The farm is close to famous tourist resorts such as Radda in Chianti, Gaiole in Chianti, Greve in Chianti, Panzano, San Gimignano, Siena, Castellina in Chianti and Florence. In the surroundings some shops hand down the merits of an ancient craftsmanship.
